Beautiful holiday cottage (1 bedroom, sleeps 2) for let in the village of Sutton Benger, 2 miles from junction 17 M4.

Sutton Benger is situated on the edge of the Cotswolds, 6 miles from the ancient market town of Malmesbury (handy for the WOMAD festival in July) and the Abbey Gardens – home of “The Naked Gardener”. 11 miles from Tetbury, 10 miles from Badminton (horse trials in May). 4 miles from the market town of Chippenham (nearest supermarket), and close to the villages of Lacock and Castle Combe, and just a short drive to the roman city of Bath. Good bus and rail links.

The cottage is situated at the edge of the village of Sutton Benger, with its own off road parking space. Open countryside to the rear and a brook flows at the front of the property. Just a 200m walk will take you to “La Flambe” restaurant, then just a little further to 2 more pubs/restaurants in the village. Lots of lovely walks locally.

The cottage comprises of:- A cosy lounge with tv/dvd player, a log burner effect electric heater. Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave etc (no washing machine), leading to a dining room. Up the cottage-style winding staircase onto a small landing:- The bathroom has bath with shower over and a large airing cupboard with hanging space for clothes. The bedroom comprises of a very comfortable double bed with views to the front of the property, looking out over the brook.

The cottage is for up to 2 people, minimum of 2 nights stay.

The staircase is unsuitable for the less able.

Bedlinen is included, but not towels.
